TitleVest proudly celebrates our 25th anniversary—a milestone that gives us
the chance to reflect on where we began, how far we’ve come, and where
we’re headed.
When we first opened our doors at the turn of the century, we were a tiny team with a big vision: to leverage technology to deliver greater clarity, responsiveness, and care to every real estate transaction. Those early years were about building trust, one deal at a time, and establishing the technological foundation of the company we’ve become.
Over the past quarter century, we’ve grown from a boutique New York agency into a national title company directly operating in 44+ states. We have pushed the technology envelope to develop innovative tools and built a unique model for servicing niche client needs from the high-demand residential sector of NYC to the distinctive needs of telecom, data centers, renewable energy, innovative SFR & prop tech investors, and many more. Along the way, we have built a unique skillset in directly handling everything from a client’s single site to multi-thousand site portfolios across our entire licensed footprint. Innovation has been key to our growth, but people have always been at the heart of our success.
